How We Work
This is our orthotic process
- We first dive into a thorough assessment and medical history.
- Digital gait analysis with pressure plates and even 3D gait analysis if required
- Ultrasound scanning can be carried out on the day, giving us unbelievably clear pictures of injured muscles / tendons
- We use 3D scanning technology to capture your unique foot shape
- This 3D image is combined with the pressure plate assessment and CAD to help us engineer your bespoke orthotic
- Then our milling machine with the help of CAD will produce your orthotic with amazing precision and accuracy
- You will then be invited for a fitting appointment where the fit and quality is checked
- All our orthotic shells come with a 5 year warranty against breakage
- All our podiatrists are HCPC and Royal College of Podiatry approved
